  1. Murakami and Banana Yoshimoto are my favourites as well. Would like to read some of Yoko Ogawa’s work. 😁

    • Her most beautiful work is The Housekeeper and the Professor. It’s… bittersweet and stunning. My favourite of her works, however, is Revenge, which is a collection of short stories–psychological thrillers–that are all interconnected on some level or another. But it’s quite dark and disturbing.

  2. I don’t think I would have been able to choose a single author either. There are way too many good ones out there. Case in point: this post, I haven’t yet read anything by these authors….so time for me to go and check them out some point 😊😊

    • I agree entirely! This is actually the condensed list! *hides* The list was longer, but I realised I needed to shorten it a tad bit haha.
