Day 25: Saddest Anime Death

In tune with yesterday’s post, Moment that Shocked You the Most in Any Anime, this also takes place from the same scenario and is the death of:
Euphemia Li Britannia from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (Kōdo Giasu: Hangyaku no Rurūshu).
The scene mentioned in yesterday’s post concludes with her death by the hands of an intensely teary-eyed and emotional Lelouch. The unpredictable nature, coupled with the ramifications of the true power of Geass, was incomprehensibly jaw-dropping, and her death was the supreme example of this burden/power, and how it inevitably moulds people into the worst versions of themselves, amongst other things.
You are making this series seem so good that I almost want to go back to it.
